Description
The brass plaque has recessed letter mainly emphasized in black with some letters red. The plaque is fastened to a wooden panel with eight dome-headed studs. The panel has a plain frame on each side and base. The top frame has a square pattern carved into it with a ledge above. The frame along the base also has a ledge.
