Description
A model of the original Town WW1 Memorial which used to stand at the junction of Pembury Rd with Quarry Hill but was removed in 1952. The model is mostly made of match-sticks, with the cross carved from wood. There used to be a wreath fixed to the model cap in the same position as the original Town WW1 Memorial but this has broken off and is lost.
