Italy , France , Belgium ,Russia and at centre the Union Flag with a wreath at the top of the pole . There follows the dedication , the names of those who died and then those who served . The names are in five columns written in a calligraphic hand on the main part of the roll . This part has a irregular hand drawn border simulating a separate piece of paper or parchment pinned to the main roll .
