- Landscape orientated, grey mottled-stone tablet attached to a similar grey mottled-stone wall mounted panel. Incised inscription infilled with black paint.

BATTN.) / TWIN SONS OF THOMAS JONES BOSWORTH OF THIS PARISH. / BORN AT CADEBY HALL LEICESTERSHIRE, JUNE 9 1885 / AT THE OUTBREAK OF WAR THEY RETURNED FROM / DISTANT LANDS TO SERVE THE EMPIRE AND THEIR KING / THEY DIED GLORIOUSLY IN THE BATTLE OF LOOS, SEPT. 26 1915 / THEIR GRAVES ARE UNKNOWN. / MAY THEIR SERVICE BE REMEMBERED. / LOVELY AND PLEASANT IN THEIR LIVES, AND IN / THEIR DEATH THEY WERE NOT DIVIDED.
