Description
Decorative paper in a dark wood frame. The names may be handwritten in a pre-printed form, but the heading "Barnsley County Borough Police Force" surrounds the Barnsley Coat of Arms which suggests a local and limited print run. An ornamental architectural heading and title tops the list of 15 men who served and returned and 2 who fell. On either side of the list are figures of Britannia holding a Union Flag.
