- Description
- A rectangular dark slate tablet with curved top. At the top of the tablet are incised a pair of crossed horizontal laurel branches. The names of the dead and their titles are listed in two columns, between which is inscribed a hanging cord with a tassel at the bottom. Beneath the columns are inscribed a quotation, the date of the unveiling of the memorial and the names of the unveiler and of the donor. All of the lettering, in Roman caps, is incised and gilded. The letters of the dedication are underlined and in larger letters. There is a single blue, dralon velvet curtain where hanging to the left of the tablet. It runs on a plastic rail with pull mechanism to cover or reveal the tablet.
