Description
Ornately-illuminated Roll of Honour, comprising 2 sheets of paper in an oak frame. The Roll's hand-drawn floral border incorporates the Borough Coat-of-Arms, Allied flags and other emblems, and also photographs of King George V and Queen Mary, and of the Town Hall. (The calligrapher's name is in the border, at the foot of page 2)
