- A heavy dark bronze coloured plaque containing three columns of names set on a light wood panel. The panel has a curved top pediment with three coloured coats of arms set onto it around and amongst the dedication. At the corners of the bronze panel are four small coloured symbols, a rose, a shamrock, a thistle and a leek.
