Description
Three stepped base, surmounted by a plinth, and a pedestal which has a dedicatory inscription and a list of names inscribed thereon. The plinth is surmounted by an obelisk. There is a bronze laurel wreath in relief near the base of the obelisk. The memorial is in a recess with railings at the side, and back, and with chains across the front.
