Description
Rectangular board in the shape of an arched window with two lancets. At the base of the board is a plinth, decorated with carved leaves. There is a relief carved crown surrounded by sun rays. Around the arch is moulded decoration. Two lancets are filled with doors which open outwards on hinges and are incised on the reverse with the dedicated names.

Upper panel: TO THE MEN OF THIS CHURCH WHO AT THE CALL OF KING AND COUNTRY LEFT ALL THAT WAS DEAR TO THEM/ ENDURED HARDNESS, FACED DANGER AND FINALLY PASSED OUT THE SIGHT OF MEN BY THE PATH/ OF DUTY AND SELF-SACRIFICE GIVING THEIR LIVES THAT OTHERS MIGHT LIVE IN FREEDOM./ LET THOSE WHO COME AFTER SEE TO IT THAT THEIR NAMES BE NOT FORGOTTEN./ 1914-1919.
