- Memorial hall with dedicatory board. Board features carved wreath and raised lettering.

- (Names)/ 1914-1918/ (Names)/ THIS HALL/ WAS ERECTED/ IN THEIR HONOUR. Plaque in entrance hall: Fairburn Memorial Hall / This hall was opened on 7th October, 2000 / by / Captain R. W. K. Stirling of Fairburn, TD, JP, / (latterly Captain Sir Roderick Stirliong of Fairburn, KCVO) / Lord-Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty. It commemorates local men who gave their lives in the First and Second World Wars. It stands on the site / of the original Fairburn Memorial Hall, / which was built in 1923 by the Fairburn Estate, / and which served the community / for over seven decades. The construction of the new hall was made possible by / the generosity of the Fairburn Estate, / and / the success of the local community's / fund-raising activities.
