Description
A rectangular plaque is flanked by two coloured emblems which all framed on the wooden backboard. Emblem on the right is Royal New Zealand Navy insignia and left emblem is Royal New Zealand Air Force. Both emblems are mounted on shield shape wooden board. The inscription is carved in black.
