ERECTED BY BELFAST CITY COUNCIL ON 18TH APRIL, 2000/ IN MEMORY OF THOSE/ WHO WERE KILLED AND INJURED IN THE IRA'S BOMBING OF THE CITY/ ON BLOODY FRIDAY, 21ST JULY, 1972/ AND ALSO/ ALL THOSE INNOCENT VICTIMS OF TERRORISM OVER THE LAST 28 YEARS.
