Description
Wooden board set within a larger richly carved wooden board. The memorial also includes the two light stained glass window above it. One light depicts St. George, the other St. Michael. It also includes an oak credence table and a gilt arms dish, donated by Mr Harold Brocklebank of Grizedale Hall.

To the dear memory of Thomas Geoffrey/elder son of Harold Brocklebank of Grizedale/Captain 4th West Lancashire howitzer Brigade RFA/fell in action in France near Maricourt/on August 8th 1916 aged 33 years/�He being made perfect in a short time fulfilled a long time for his soul pleaseth the Lord�.
