- Rectangular black metal plaque with raised gold-coloured lettering and brass surround fastened onto stone of remembrance in church memorial gardens. Believed to be from the Nailstone Miners' Welfare Institute (demolished/redundant): fastened to same stone as the WW1 plaque (separate entry).
