Description
Very elaborate bronze plaque in three panels. There are figures of a soldier and sailor on each side and a shrouded Mary holding Christ after he has been taken down from the cross at top, centre. One the central panel below that is the commemoration with the names on the panels to either side. Across the base is a frieze in relief of a horse artillery team, jousting knights and a naval ship under steam.
