- Description
- A community and social hall with a plain rectangular metal plaque on the southern wall. The plaque is probably set into a wooden frame which is obscured by an oak and glass protective case. The plaque and case are mounted onto a sandstone tablet built into the wall of the building, but any inscription on the tablet is obscured by the case. A flower trough is built into the wall below the plaque, and wrought iron gates separate the memorial from the road. The inscription is incised in upright capital block lettering coloured white.
