Rectangular plaque with semi-circular broken pediment set on a wooden backboard. In the broken pediment is an anchor encircled by a wreath and crossed swords. It is flanked by pillars and the names are in two columns in raised lettering.

2011: Held in private residence whilst plans are underway to redisplay the memorial in City of Cardiff Museum. 1999: APPEARS FULLY RESTORED AND REMOUNTED ALTHOUGH THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE MEMORIAL HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A REPLICA AS SOME DETAIL SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN THE 1999 PHOTOGRAPH.
