Description
An addition to a white marble footstone on a family grave. A black granite headstone has an urn finial above a decorative top, decorative sides and an incised inscription in different styles of capital lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with bevelled top. The white marble footstone is in the style of a scroll unfurled over the battered face of a roughly hewn stone and surmounts a plain oblong base. The inscription is inlaid in mainly upright capital block lettering on the face of the scroll. The two stones are accompanied by plain oblong white marble kerbstones with the maker's name inlaid at the foot.
