Description
A manor house purchased by public subscription and converted to a community centre as a memorial to the men of Elstree and Borehamwood who died in the Second World War. Inside is a rectangular board with an illustrated banner at the top, and a carved wreath in relief bearing a quote. The names are listed in five columns.
