- Description
- Shelter with pitched, tiled roof and rectangular paned wood frame to sides and back. Dedication plaque inside. Further dedication on supporting beam below pitched roof on both sides of shelter. Some glass panes bear monochrome images of WW2, possibly of local Emsworth scenes.

- On beam below roof: When you go home tell them of us and say for your tomorrow we gave our today. We will remember them. On dedicatory plaque: EMSWORTH WAR MEMORIAL/ This shelter was erected in 1950 by the/ Emsworth Branch of the British Legion/ as a tribute to those who died/ that others might live./ WE WILL REMEMBER THEM/ A list of those who died during both/ World Wars can be found in St James Church.
