- Obelisk on four stepped base Figure symbolic of peace and honour on the front; carving symbolising justice (front top); newtownards crest on base with 1613 inside wreath Relief of victory on front face, holding up a laurel wreath. Top of front face is relief of lions head and coat of arms. Wreath on base of front face.
