- Elaborately moulded sandstone pedestal carrying a bronze winged female figure, reprsenting peace carrying an olive branch and standing on a globe. Bronze plaques under a segmental cornice on each side: 6 o'clock face: relief portrait of King Edward VII 9 o'clock face: arms of Brighton 12 o'clock face: dedication 3 o'clock face: arms of Hove. A low rail surrounds the memorial: short battered piers with bronze railings between.
