- 2010: The older parts of the Derbyshire Royal infirmary that would have been used in the 1920s were closed in 2010 and were proposed for redevelopment. They do not form part of the London Road Community Hospital which is based in the more modern extensions to the DRI built in the 1970s and 1980s.
