Tombstone, formerly with base. Two lines flank the pinecone surmounting the gable-top. The pediment contains a rose, underneath which is the inscription.

G. MANNIUS/ GF POL. SECUN-/ NDUS POLLEN/ MIL LEG. XX/ ANORU LII/ STIP. XXXI/ BEN LEG PR/ H S E (Translation and amplification: 'Gaius Mannius Secundus, son of Gaius, of the Pollian tribe from Pollentia, a soldier of the Tweentieth Legion, aged 52, of 31 years service, beeficiariaius of the governor, lies here. ' Pollentia is the present day Pollenzo in Piedmont.)
