Description
White marble nowy-headed tablet mounted on wall with slate nowy-headed backboard. Raised band moulding separates WW1 and WW2 inscriptions. Inscriptions in black lettering flanked by depiction of trefoil lancets, with stylised four petal flowers in lower corners.

2005, August: Memorial relocated to Heroes Memorial Arch (ref. 17390). 2002, 31 December: Chapel closed and converted into flats. Memorial in care of local stone mason until new site found. Some repairs completed.
