- Description
- Twelve black metal plaques mounted within a modern metal frame, and displayed either side of a doorway in groups of six. The two panels nearest the door are taller than the rest, and each is surmounted by two heraldic shields cast in relief. Each line is a full name, cast in relief, and the short names have a decorative motif to fill the remaining space.

- The plaques were originally arranged around the pillars of the Gate of Remembrance (Our Ref 41346),which was damaged when the Chapel was destroyed by fire on 17th September 1988. The plaques were salvaged and restored.
