Description
Black lacquered panel within a heavily moulded wooden frame with triangular top, also in black with gold edging. The whole is divided into three separate panels each within a Gothic arch supported on fluted pilasters. Above the central arch is an inscribed ribbon supporting two bells. Lettering in gold and reversed black on gold Ribbon has the first letter of each word in red. Central panel has a patee cross
