Description
Three-panelled wooden board set in carved wooden frame with three triangular pediments. Gilt inscription on panels with applied rounded trefoiled tracery supported by carved columns. Round lobed trefoil carved into columns and centre pediment. Wooden cross mounted below dedication on centre panel.

2012: Memorial located in store at community centre. Considered in danger of deterioration due to conditions of storage facility. Relocation under consideration. c2010: New school building built on site. Former building converted into community centre. Location of memorial unknown. c2000: Memorial removed from school and placed in store. c1999: Memorial restored and rededicated. Unknown: Church closed and building frame used to construct new building, housing a school. 1921: Memorial erected in St Michael and All Angels Church.
