Rectangular stone slab set in the ground at an angle of thirty degrees, bearing a carved scroll with foliate decoration in upper left hand corner and an inscription affixed in lead letters.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ GEORGE BROOKER/ DIED DEC. 9TH 1927 AGED 70/ HIS END WAS PEACE/ ALSO OF/ MARY ANN BROOKER/ DIED NOV. 17TH 1938, AGED 79/ PEACE AT LAST/ ALSO OF R. BROOKER/ 6TH SON OF THE ABOVE/ WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1916.
