- Illustrated Roll of Honour in frame mounted on wall. Names of dead depicted on scroll and flanked by flags, followed by names of served and returned. Inscription flanked by depiction of columns of victory with garlands, supporting archway and cornice. Whole set in glass and wooden frame with cuspoid edges.

- Upper, centre: GOD/ SAVE THE/ KING/ MEN/ in His Majesty's Forces/ By Land and Sea/ GREAT WAR, 1914-1918/ FROM/ LOWER GUITING, FARMCOTE, BARTON & ROEL./ ROLL OF HONOUR/ Those who made the supreme sacrifice/ (Names)/ Died on Home Service/ (Names)/ Returned from the War/ (Names)/ On Home Service/ (Names) Lower, centre: In Memoriam/ Above Those whom this Scroll commemorates were numbered among those who at/ the call of King and Country, left all that was dear to them, endured/ (...), faced danger and finally passed out of the sight of men by the path of/ duty and self-sacrifice, giving up their own lives that others might live in Freedom./ Let those who come after see to it that their names be not forgotten./ Pillars of Victory, wreathed with garlands of triumph.
