A white marble tablet in a black wooden frame. The Royal Standard is in the top left-hand corner and the lettering is incised and painted black.

Inscription

To the Glory of God this tablet was erected by/ the Parishioners of Croston in thanksgiving/ for the victorious ending of the Great War 1914-1919/ and in memory of the Men of Croston who made/ the Supreme Sacrifice/ (Names)
