- Description
- A rectangular tablet is mounted on the nowy-head backboard. The tablet itself is surrounded by decorative stands, border and cornice pediment. A badge of Royal Army Medical Corps with decorative leaves and flags are placed on top of the pediment. Inscription commemorates a captain who fell during WW1. Lettering is carved in black with roman caps and lower case.
