- Description
- A bronze sculptured plaque adjacent to the port side bow of the Destroyer. On one side of the plaque is a high relief sculpture of men being rescued from the sea by a destroyer. On the other side is a rectangular plaque listing by name the 142 Royal Navy destroyers lost during the war and the sacrifice of the other British Dominion and Allied destroyers between 1939 and 1945. The whole is set on a granite plinth.
