Description
Wall mounted horizontal rectangular polished metal plaque attached to slightly larger dark wooden board. Thin black line around all edges frames centre field. Scouts Fleur-de-lis emblem at all corners and wording in centre field, black lettering, Wright having been an Assistant Scout Master. Initial letter of random words in red.

TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN PROUD AND LOVING MEMORY OF/ OSBORN WRIGHT. A.S.M./ 6th LINCOLN REGT/ WHO GAVE HIS LIFE IN THE SERVICE OF/ HIS COUNTRY, DYING OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE/ APRIL 8th 1918./ ERECTED BY HIS BROTHER SCOUTS OF THE/ SWINESHEAD TROOP./ "WE THANK GOD UPON EVERY REMEMBRANCE OF YOU."
