Upper plaque, border with scalloped edges on 3 sides (left, right, and upper). Inner line border with checkered ornamentation. Foliate etching in bottom left and right hand corners. Inscription along edges of triangular head and lower border. Lower plaque: Metal with scalloped edges. Checkered and single-lined border surrounding incised inscription, with name in emphasis.
