Description
Stone of Remembrance with dedicatory inscription. At top centre below initial wording is the Royal Air Force Emblem. Paved area represents a landing strip and the groupings of four Prunus amanogawa in each corner represent the four missiles on the Rapier anti-aircraft system. Map on back of stone of remembrance represents worldwide involvement. Additionally a Memorial garden.
