Description
Landscape-orientated stone tablet, with a carved laurel wreath in relief at top centre. The tablet is fixed to the wall with four metal brackets, each of which incorporates a red-enamelled poppy. The inscription is in engraved black-painted lettering.

Harpole's Methodist Chapel was replaced by the current building in 1987, but has always stood on the same site. The Memorial itself was moved to the outer wall in 1987.
