- Description
- Landscape-orientated stone tablet, with a carved laurel wreath in relief at top centre. The tablet is fixed to the wall with four metal brackets, each of which incorporates a red-enamelled poppy. The inscription is in engraved black-painted lettering.

- Harpole's Methodist Chapel was replaced by the current building in 1987, but has always stood on the same site. The Memorial itself was moved to the outer wall in 1987.
