Description
Stone of remembrance set on a plinth and two steps. On each side of the plinth are black tablets, with lettering in white. 12 o'clock face has a map of the Falkland Islands with poppies.

12 o'clock face: FALKLANDS CONFLICT 1982 6 o'clock face: ON 2nd APRIL 1982 THE FALKLANDS ISLANDS WERE INVADED AND OCCUPIED BY ARGENTINE FORCES./ A BRITISH TASK FORCE WAS ASSEMBLED AND DISPATCHED TO THE SOUTH ATLANTIC/ WITH THE MISSION TO RESTORE THE ISLANDS TO BRITISH SOVEREIGNTY.
