Description
Octagonal granite column on pedestal on 3 stepped base, surmounted by unusual four-armed cross - presumably designed so that a cross can be seen from any angle. The inscription, in lead lettering, is on the pedestal. The memorial covers Coulintyre, Knock Garroch, Lyne, Errogie, Corriegarth, Foyers, Lochgarthside, Murnich, Whitebridge, Aultnagoire, Inverfarigaig, Bunchrubin and Glenlia Note: Access up to the memorial is over the rock face with no footpath.

In 2009 War Memorials Trust gave a grant of £871 towards the re-painting of the inscriptions with black enamel paint.; March 2017 to October 2018-general site maintenance, name stone added at road side and information board om a stone plinth containing the inscriptions added at the road side. Request to move the memorial elsewhere for better access rejected
