Description
Plaque mounted in nowy-headed frame. Carved, shield-shaped badge at top centre of frame depicting a cross with star at centre and studs at arm terminals. Armorial foliage around shield surmounted by a lion. Frame bordered with nine square, carved rosettes. Inscription in proud lettering.
