- A tall rectangular wooden board with cornice and narrow frieze at the head, a thin pilaster on each side and an inverted cornice at the foot. Names are divided into the Bloomsbury and Natural History departments and arranged in three columns with a star by those killed. Gilded inscription in mixed case upright lettering.
