- Two light stained glass window with a circular rose light above and the dedication across the bottom of both lights. St Oswald shown in left light with a machine gun beneath, in the right light is St Ethelreda [sic St Etheldreda] with a tank below. The Small circular rose light has the badge of the Tank Corps at centre.
- Inscription
- Across both lights: To the Glory of God and in memory of/ Leslie Halkes Wray, who at the call of his country/ became a soldier in The Machine Gun Corps/ and afterwards in The Tank Corps and was/ killed in action at Cambrai on 20th Nov. 1917./ This window is erected by his father & mother 1918.
