- Description
- Four-stepped octagonal base surmounted by an octagonal plinth, tapering shaft and Latin cross with IHS engraved on the intersection of the arms. Names are carved and infilled in black paint: those from the First World War are on the sides of plinth; those from the Second World War are on the top two steps.

- May 2015: Condition problem still exists. The foundation appears to be subsiding on the south-west corner, causing the memorial to lean by approximately 6 degrees from vertical. March 2008: Crack observed in lowest step and the cross appears to be listing to one side. c 1948: WW2 names added and WW1 names repainted
