- Description
- A rectangular stone tablet mounted on a brick wall. The wall has a crucifix above the tablet. The wall is surmounted with pale coloured coping stones. January 2021 - The tablets are now unreadable due to erosion One source says all the names are of women but not confirmed. It was planned to have a combined non-denominational dedication ceremony with Mayors of Honborn, Wandsworth and Chelsea but Chelsea did not attend.
