- Description
- Four lancet stained glass windows with a stone pillars between each one. A saint is shown in the upper part of each lancet and another saint is shown in the lower half. The dedicatory inscription reads across the base of all four lights with unknown shields depicted beside each of them. In the outer left light is St Luke and St Sebastian. In the inner left light is St Cosmo and St Lucia. In the inner right light is St Damian and St Catherine In the outer right light is St Pantaleon and St Roche.

- Across the base of the lights: TO THE GLORY OF GOD & IN HONOURED MEMORY OF THE OFFICERS, N.C.O.'s & MEN WHO DIED AT GRAYLINGWELL / & OF THE MEMBERS OF THE STAFF WHO FELL IN ACTION; ALSO IN GRATEFUL RECORD OF THE FORTITUDE AND / CHEERFULNESS OF ALL THOSE WHO OCCUPIED THE WARDS IN THIS HOSPITAL DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914-19.

- May 2019 - A funding grant from the National Lottery Heritage Grant of £1.3 million awarded to the Chichester Community Development Trust to develop and renovate Graylingwell Chapel to community use. This follows a grant of £221,000 from Chichester District Council and a donation from Linden Homes. 2008 - Linden Homes began transforming the site to a community of 750 homes. Fate of the chapel is unknown. 2001: Graylingwell Hospital is being changed for new purposes and the disposal of the chapel is the responsibility of NHS Estates.
