- Aa rectangular wooden board with a decorative cornice above and a moulded frame. In the centre of the board is the coat of arms of Winchelsea with the dedication below. On each side are the names in two columns. The names and the dedication are set on a white backgrounds with a red and gold surrounds. The names of the dead have a red cross next to them.
