- Brass plaque mounted onto a black marble backboard. Incised inscription in red and black enamel lettering. On the left of the inscription, incised in red enamel is an Iona Latin cross fleuree. The cross stands on a stepped pediment. On the left of the cross is a Celtic scroll and on the right an unsheathed sword. On left of the plaque is and incised cap badge of the Tank Corps.
