- Contemplative female figure holding a victory wreath, atop a granite pillar. Each pillar face has a recessed granite plaque with a WW1 inscription and the names of the fallen.

- 2016-War Memorials Trust grant of £7,810-Failed pointing was allowing water ingress and also biological growth-this was raked out and replaced with lime mortar. Mosses and algae growth were removed using wooden tools and the masonry was cleaned using natural bristle brushes and water. Defective paint was removed from the lead lettering which was re-oainted using enamel paint.

- The Scotsman - Monday 24 October 1921 www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/viewer/bl/0000540/19211024/037/0010 TILLICOULTRY. — Yesterday afternoon a handsome memorial in grey granite to commemorate the 64 men of Tillicoultry who laid down their lives in the war was unveiled and dedicated in Tillicoultry cemetery by Mr J. Herbert Paton of Lethangie, Kinross, in presence of a gathering of about 2000 persons. Provost Dyson presided. The monument, which is surmounted by a female figure representing "Memory." was the work of Messrs Hutchison & Co., Aberdeen.
