- Description
- Square base surmounted by tapered plinth, shaft and celtic cross. Inscription carved and in-filled in gold painted lettering on the sides of the highly polished black plinth. In a small fenced area across from the village Community Centre, also a mining memorial on one side and a stone inscribed with a poem by Anne Frank, dedicated to the children of the village.
